Jaccom ensures the authenticity of all products purchased on our website by maintaining a detailed record that includes the order number and buyer information. Falsification


Jaccom is actively involved in the fight against counterfeiting and takes legal action against any individual or company that markets counterfeit Jaccom products. These counterfeit items are of poor quality and lack the specific attributes that define the high standards of Jaccom products.

SHIPPING AND SHIPMENT TRACKING

Before shipping, you can track the status of your order through the "My Account" section. If you have placed the order as a guest, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and with a link to follow the package.

Shipping time between 1 day and 6 weeks. For more information on why it may take so long, see our Shipping Info.

All orders are managed automatically, and we cannot reduce or extend delivery times. Please note that choosing the delivery date or time is not possible. Our carrier delivers orders from Monday to Friday during business hours and will make two delivery attempts. If the second attempt is unsuccessful, the order will be returned to the sender. Once the order has been placed, it is no longer possible to change the shipping address.

RETURN POLICY

 

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of products are exempt from returns. Perishable products such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.

- Gift cards - Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
- To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
 
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are given
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape or vinyl record that has been opened.
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Then contact your bank. There is often a bit of processing time before a refund is issued. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at  info@jaccomcollection.com.

Sales items

Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Exchanges We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at info@jaccomcollection.com.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when you purchased it, or if the shipper sent it to you for shipping later, we will send a refund to the giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipment

To return the product, contact us through info@jaccomcollection.com
 by writing - Return - in the subject. We will provide you with the detailed information necessary to make the return. You will need to pay shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on your location, shipping time to our warehouse may vary.
